Once Bosa was gone, Huff became the 49ers’ top pass rusher (by a wide margin). That meant two things: 1. Opponents started paying more attention to him. 2. He started playing more snaps. He averaged 27 snaps per game when Bosa was present. He’s averaged 38 snaps post-Bosa, and a higher percentage of those have been on base downs.
