Central and south-east Queensland is expected to be lashed by severe thunderstorms including damaging winds, large hail, heavy rain and even the possibility of tornado activity tomorrow. The Bureau of Meteorology states that very dangerous storms with giant hail, destructive winds and intense rain pose a risk for the region. The Bureau has also said in a statement it has changed the default rain view in the new Rain radar and weather map so that colours appear as they did on the previous website
